To drive growth in retail and export markets by coordinating commercial management, operational follow-up with clients, and data analysis, ensuring the efficiency of internal processes and the timely delivery of results.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
Provide continuous follow-up on client requirements (retail and international brands).
Coordinate the development of samples and commercial materials, and support showroom administration.
Support order management and direct communication with export clients.
Internally coordinate with production, development, and sales teams to ensure operational fluidity.
Analyze and update commercial and operational information, sending reports to clients.
Coordinate and prepare the environment for client visits.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements and Skills)
Experience: 1 to 3 years in similar positions, with customer service experience being essential.
Education: Graduate or final-year student of university studies in Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or related fields.
Preferred Environment: Experience in textile companies or customer service experience based on merchandising.
Advanced English: Advanced level of proficiency in the English language (essential).
Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
Proactivity and initiative
Attention to detail and follow-up
Ability to work in a team and under pressure

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
