Seventy people applied for one legal job in El Salvador. It took three days. Sixty-nine of them did not get it.

We think about those sixty-nine often. Not because they were not good enough. Because nobody ever found out.

READ THIS FIRST:

We are not offering you a specific role today. We are a legal recruitment and placement firm, and this is an open application to join our Talent List. When a firm asks us for a profile like yours, yours is one of the names we say out loud.


WHY THIS EXISTS

El Salvador has roughly twenty legal roles openly advertised at any given time. Twenty doors, for an entire generation that was told the law was a safe place to build a life.

So people wait. They apply for the same twenty. And the best of them quietly start wondering whether they chose the wrong career.

You did not choose wrong. The door is too small. That is a different problem, and it was never yours to carry.

The best roles in this region are never advertised. Somebody says a name out loud in a room you were not in. That is the entire mechanism. It is not a conspiracy — it is how hiring actually works here.

Our job is to get your name into that room before the role exists.

WHO WE WANT TO MEET

You do not have to be an Abogado y Notario. You have to be someone worth putting in a room.

- Law students about to graduate.
- New graduates, with or without experience.
- Lawyers one to five years in, or more.
- Paralegals and legal assistants who quietly run half the office and hold no title for it.
- People who do not practise law but work close to it and care about it: compliance, contracts, notarial work, IP, immigration.

English is not a requirement. We will ask what level you are at — fluent, basic, or still learning — because it changes which roles make sense for you, not because it disqualifies you.

HOW IT WORKS

1. You tell us where you stand and where you want to be.

2. We give you an honest read of your situation.

3. When a firm is looking for your profile, we introduce you.

A person on our team reads every application. Not an AI.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO

- We do not practise law, so we will never compete with you for your work.
- We do not publish candidate lists and we do not tell firms who else is looking. If you are employed, this is confidential.
- We do not promise to place you. Nobody honest can. What we do guarantee is a straight answer.

YOUR CV, SPECIFICALLY

It is optional. If you send it, it goes into a private folder only our team can open, we keep it for 12 months, and you can have it deleted any time by writing to our email address.

REQUIREMENTS

- Be in El Salvador or Central America, or want to work with firms in the region.
- Study law, have studied it, or work in the legal sector in any capacity.
- Be able to tell us in your own words what you have handled and where you want to go.

That is all. No minimum years, no GPA, no specific university.
