JOB SUMMARY:
- Develops and implements social media strategies to achieve marketing goals, increase brand awareness, and engage with target audiences.
- Creates and manages engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Analyzes social media performance and tracks key metrics to measure success.
- Collaborates with marketing team and other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Planning:
- Conduct audience research to understand target demographics and interests.
- Develop and implement a social media marketing plan aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
- Identify and monitor industry competitors on social media.

Content Creation & Management:
- Create engaging and consistent content across various formats (text, images, videos).
- Schedule and publish content across different platforms.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Run social media contests and giveaways to increase engagement.

Community Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with the brand's online community.
- Address customer concerns and negative feedback promptly.
- Encourage user-generated content and brand advocacy.
- Monitor brand sentiment and identify potential issues.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, website traffic).
- Analyze data to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Use data to optimize social media strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent In English
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus.
