Your Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, your key responsibilities include:
• Full Sales Cycle Management: Navigate the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and deal closing. Ensure a customer-oriented approach and uphold high service standards.
• Client Portfolio Development: Develop and maintain a diversified portfolio of clients across various markets. Identify specific opportunities and address unique needs, tailoring solutions to each client's requirements.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting corporate relationships with clients. Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Understand client needs and offer personalized, effective solutions.
• Global Expansion: Actively contribute to expanding Publissoft's corporate portfolio internationally. Seek new business opportunities and collaborate with the team to achieve growth objectives and global reach.
Requirements:
• Customer Experience: Previous experience with North American customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
• Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the technology sector, with a focus on North American customers.
Prospecting Skills: Proficiency in cold calling and generating cold contacts.
• Communication Prowess: Demonstrate outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Responsibility: Exhibit a high degree of commitment and responsibility in achieving exceptional results for clients and the agency.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of English (B2+ C1) is essential, given our focus on the North American market.
• Technical Requirements: Possess a computer in optimal condition, along with a camera and microphone for seamless meetings with the team and clients. Ensure stable and high-speed internet connectivity.
Desired Skills
• French Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of French (spoken and written) is desirable and advantageous.
