Summary:
Your primary objective is to leverage this customer base for sustained revenue growth and profitability. Employing proactive strategies, you'll identify and prioritize high-profitability characteristics in potential customers, ensuring a targeted approach to sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and nurture relationships with a core group of approximately 25 accounts, serving as the
foundation for future revenue growth.
• Employ proactive strategies to identify and prioritize potential customers exhibiting high-profitability
characteristics.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, quote formulation, order processing, and
follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, promptly resolve issues, and provide accurate product information and pricing.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities in the database.
• Monitor sales statistics, analyze competitors' activities, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and quotas established by the Sales Manager.
• Focus efforts on high-potential accounts while efficiently managing time to minimize resources spent on
low-value opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in account management or sales within a B2B environment is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and demonstrate commitment to achieving sales objectives.

• Bachelor's degree – required
• Master’s degree – desired
• Sales training courses – desired

More information:
$800 to $1,200 based on experience + bonus 200 + unlimited commission
