The Personal Project Manager will be responsible for the effective management of all personal projects. This individual will be instrumental in coordinating and executing tasks and activities associated with personal projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful completion of projects within the designated timeline.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans, including timelines and milestones, for personal projects
• Establish and monitor project goals, objectives, and deliverables
• Monitor and track progress of projects, and identify and address any potential issues
• Coordinate resources and activities of all stakeholders involved in personal projects
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met
• Ensure changes to project scope are documented and approved
• Monitor project budget and take appropriate corrective action when necessary
• Prepare project status reports and presentations
• Perform quality assurance and risk management activities
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success
• Liaise with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of project tasks
• Remain up-to-date on the latest project management techniques
Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to CEO as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Manage the CEO’s agenda both personal and work

Requirements and skills

Bilingual
Has no problem with transportation
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or related fields
Proven working experience as a project administrator
Excellent client-facing and internal communications skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as ASANA, Monday, Slack are a must.
Availability to create, manage and execute events for our main providers or clients.
