Job description:
-Creation of job orders submitted by our call center.
- Assignment of jobs orders to service technicians.
- Take incoming calls from customers.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and close sales.
- Update job orders constantly and communicate any updates in the job orders to the service technicians.
- Negotiate prices and close sales with customers.
- Ensure active communication via online messaging system with service technicians and customers.
- Solve any customer service problems that might arise in collaboration with the team leader and/or manager in charge.
**Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills are mandatory
- Fluent English Speaker (90% level at a minimum)
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and able to learn quickly
- Sales experience is a must
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving thinking
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Full-time availability (including Weekends)
- Excellent Customer Service Experience
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
