Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media channels, engaging with our community, and executing strategies to increase brand awareness. If you thrive under pressure, have a flexible schedule, and possess strong English communication skills, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage social media strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages promptly and professionally.
Monitor and analyze social media trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Create and maintain community engagement initiatives (contests, polls, Q&A sessions, etc.).
Prepare regular reports on social media metrics and community feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills; able to craft clear and engaging content.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Flexible schedule and availability to respond to urgent issues as needed.
Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and content strategies on the digital assets world.
