Associate AI Engineer
Position Summary
We're looking for an Associate AI Engineer who is passionate about artificial intelligence and enjoys turning ideas into working software. You'll work directly with the Technical Lead to build AI-powered products including chatbots, voice applications, workflow automation, document processing, analytics, and business intelligence tools.
This is a growth-oriented role. We don't expect you to know everything—we expect you to be curious, learn quickly, and enjoy solving problems.

Responsibilities
AI Development
Build AI workflows using modern LLM frameworks.
Develop prompt templates and structured AI outputs.
Integrate OpenAI, Ollama, and other AI models.
Build LangChain and LangGraph applications.
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
Build document processing and extraction pipelines.
Develop voice AI integrations (speech-to-text and text processing).
Evaluate AI model quality and performance.
Software Development
Write clean, maintainable Python code.
Consume and build REST APIs.
Work with JSON and structured data.
Implement automated tests.
Debug AI workflows.
Create technical documentation.
Collaboration
Participate in sprint planning.
Estimate implementation effort.
Review code with teammates.
Learn new AI technologies continuously.

Required Qualifications
Required
1–3 years of software development experience (professional, internship, freelance, or significant personal projects).
Python.
Git.
REST APIs.
JSON.
Basic SQL.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication.
Ability to learn independently.
Preferred
OpenAI API.
Ollama.
Prompt Engineering.
LangChain.
Hugging Face.
Docker.
Pandas.
Jupyter.
Nice to Have
LangGraph.
Faster-Whisper.
PyTorch.
Machine Learning coursework.
NLP experience.
