A company dedicated to Venture Capital is looking for an Administrative and Business Relationship SpecialistHighly desired to be a female candidate
Average age: 28-40 years old
COMPANY
Is a venture Capital fund that invests in early stage companies with an emphasis in Central America and LATAM. The fund is composed by members of salvadorian family with over 100 years of experience in the real state, hospitality, automotive, and beverage industries.
PURPOSE
The position aims to follow up potential investors. It will also carry out administrative processes such as: communications, documentation, monitoring of legal and banking issues.
Responsibilities:
Investor Relations by videocalls, phone, email and in person.
Follow up the companies that apply to the fund in the website though the CRM
Preparation and monitoring of general documentation of the fund (banks, legal, among others)
Prepare communication documents for internal and external clients

Minimum Required Education And Experience
Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related fields. Average experience of 2-4 years in similar positions administrative, business relations.
Part time salary: $ 750 USD per month
it will a full time position in the future
9 am to 1 pm with flexibility
Home office and office position
Availability to travel
