At Devlync, we're looking for a Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager to take complete ownership of our clients' Amazon accounts- primarily food, beverage, and other CPG brands scaling in the US market.This is an ongoing freelance partnership (not full-time employment), working in a white-label capacity as a client-facing extension of our team. You'll independently manage each brand's Amazon business- from onboarding and strategy through execution, optimization, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Lead Amazon onboarding, account audits, and strategy for assigned brands
- Take full ownership of accounts across Seller Central and Vendor Central
- Build, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
- Develop content and image strategy, briefs, and listing optimization direction
- Manage promotions, pricing, and sales/advertising/inventory forecasts
- Serve as the primary Amazon point of contact, presenting strategies and results directly to clients
- Maintain weekly dashboards and monthly performance reports
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing and growing brands on Amazon
- Strong proficiency in Seller Central and Vendor Central
- Advanced knowledge of Amazon advertising/PPC management
- Proven track record improving sales, profitability, conversion, and organic visibility
- Experience managing multiple brands/accounts simultaneously
- Previous experience with US-market brands
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong client communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously, making sound decisions and taking full ownership of your accounts
- Availability for recurring client meetings, internal strategy meetings, and timely reporting
Nice to have
- Professional fluency in Spanish
- Experience with food & beverage or other CPG brands
- Agency, consulting, freelance, or white-label experience
- Experience presenting directly to US-based clients
- Experience building sales, advertising, promotional, and inventory forecasts
- Experience developing creative briefs and directing listing imagery
- Proficiency with leading Amazon research, analytics, advertising, and reporting tools
