- Creation of job orders submitted by our call center.
- Assignment of jobs orders to service technicians.
- Take incoming calls from customers.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and close sales.
- Update job orders constantly and communicate any updates in the job orders to the service technicians.
- Negotiate prices and close sales with customers.
- Ensure active communication via online messaging system with service technicians and customers.
- Solve any customer service problems that might arise in collaboration with the team leader and/or manager in charge.
What we are looking:
- Advanced English (90% level at minimum).
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
- Experience 1-2 years as a Sales agent or similar.
- Outstanding customer service and sales skills.
- Strong analytical skills and Problem-Solving Thinking.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Full time availability
- Flexible with schedules and available to work a variety of shifts to include weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
- Direct phone sales experience preferred
